Stainless Steel High-Pressure Tied-Diaphragm Valve

A stainless steel high-pressure tied-diaphragm valve perfect for high-purity gases, corrosive liquefied gases, and the like. The reduction of dead space inside the valve by 60%* achieved a major improvement of purge ability and corrosion resistance. Achieves Cv values of 0.6 or more and is compatible with the high-flow needs of liquefied gas and the like.

Features

  • Dead space inside the valve was reduced by approximately 60%* compared to our existing models. This resulted in a major improvement in purge ability and corrosion resistance compared to ordinary diaphragm valves.
  • The special flat seat design mitigates seat deformation due to excessive torque.
  • High-flow, achieving Cv values of 0.6 or more. Perfect for chlorine (Cl2), hydrogen bromide (HBr), and other corrosive liquefied gases, and can also be used safely for compressed gases (for compressed gases, the settings require the Cv value to be 0.4 and up).
  • The body is ASTM A182 F316L stainless steel.
  • The seat material that comes in direct contact with the gas can be selected to suit the application (PCTFE or PVDF).
  • In the manufacturing process, the steps from assembly to final cleaning and inspection are managed throughout under a strict quality standard inside a clean room to ensure high quality.
  • A helium leak detector is used to measure the leakage of each piece (internal and external leaks).
